    I purchased a Massager from the North Lakes store and the shop assistant asked me if I would accept the item in a broken box. I said yes but when I arrived home there was no adapter. Where do I plug it in? After arriving home very late at night I could not even use the product. I will purchase an item from them. Obviously it was a returned item. I think they could have checked that all the attachments were in the box. Very poor service.
